• Exhibits Sea Scouting at boating and Scouting shows
• Assists councils in organizing new Ships and Squadron Committees

• Helps to develop and communicate activity ideas at Ship and council levels
• Works with Training Team to develop leadership conferences
• Enhances communication within Region by developing regional newsletter and Flotilla Wardrooms

• Organizes and or coordinates Regional Seabadge, SEAL, and Seabadge Underway conferences on at least an annual basis
• Coordinates Sea Scout Basic Training Weekends
• Trains Squadron Training Teams as needed
• Maintains visiting trainer roster
