The Northeast Region Sea Scouting Committee is pleased to announce that the Northeast Region Sea Scout Sailing Championship will be hosted by U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York.

The event will be sailed in
FJs which are 2-person sloop rigged dinghies and is open to all Sea Scout Ship with preference given to Northeast Region Ships. A team will consist of 2 registered Sea Scouts. The event will be sailed under the US Sailing Racing Rules of Sailing.
Participants and volunteer staff must provide their own PFDs. PFDs must be worn while on the water! Volunteers needed for Race Committee, Scoring, Safety Boat drivers, Cook Crew, etc. Please contact Garth Wells
